Role Summary

The AVP Digital Marketing will lead the organization’s end-to-end digital strategy, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across all digital channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, data-driven decision-making, and proven experience in scaling digital marketing functions.

• Build and scale performance marketing engines
• Strengthen brand presence across digital platforms
• Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and improve ROI
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across marketing functions

Core Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Leadership Define and execute a comprehensive digital marketing roadmapAlign digital initiatives with overall business and revenue goalsLead, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital marketing team

2. Performance Marketing Own channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ProgrammaticDrive lead generation, conversions, and ROI optimizationContinuously test and optimize campaigns (A/B testing, funnel improvements)

3. SEO & Organic Growth Develop and execute SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page)Drive organic traffic growth and improve keyword rankingsManage content strategy aligned with search intent

4. Content & Brand MarketingOversee content marketing, social media, and brand storytellingEnsure consistent brand voice across platformsCollaborate with design and content teams for high-impact campaigns

5. Marketing Analytics & Automation Build a strong data analytics frameworkTrack KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, conversion ratesLeverage tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, MixpanelImplement and optimize marketing automation workflows

6. Customer Lifecycle Management Improve lead nurturing, retention, and engagement strategiesWork closely with sales and customer success teamsOptimize funnels from awareness conversion retention

7. Budget & Vendor Management Manage large-scale digital marketing budgetsOptimize spend across channels for maximum ROIHandle agencies, partners, and marketing tools/vendors.

Must-Have Skills

Technical SkillsExpertise in Performance Marketing (PPC, Paid Social)

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools

Experience with marketing automation platforms

12–15+ years in digital marketing

At least 3–5 years in leadership roles
