AVP- IEDPMS (Trade Operations)

1. Monitoring and ensuring End to End closure of EDPMS outstanding
2. Monitoring and completing Export Advance and Bill proceeds services are uploaded in EDPMS
3. Monitoring and ensuring End to End closure of IDPMS outstanding
4. Monitoring and completing advance and direct services payments for IDPMS
5. Monitoring and Closing of all SB / BOE/ORM/IRM settlement activities on TRRACS
6. Monitoring of all EDPMS / IDPMS/TRRACS related authorizer level activities and clear pending entries
7. To ensure daily TRRACS activities of EDPMS / IDPMS/TRRACS  files are completed without errors.
8. To provide accurate audit data requirements of IDPMS / EDPMS.
9. To ensure monthly /Quarterly mail reminders/monthly letters and follow up done with clients.
10. To handle all new transactions in TRRACS which are applicable due to new changes in FEMA 23(R)/2026-RB.
11. To handle client queries related to SB / BOE/ORM / IRM closures.
12. Maintaining strict TAT for regulatory requirements and maintain accuracy in data processing.  

Responsible for Handling and Authorizing of all activities pertaining to IEDPMS towards settlement , closure , extension and followup of outstanding entries
