AVP Global Process Owner, Record To Report

We are looking for a senior Global Process Owner / Head of RTR with strong experience in leading end-to-end Record-to-Report operations in a complex global environment.

Key requirements:

• 18+ years of overall experience with significant leadership experience in RTR / General Accounting
• Current/prior experience as Global Process Owner (GPO), Global Head of RTR, or equivalent
• Strong ownership of Finance/RTR Transformation, global process standardization and process redesign
• Experience managing large-scale global operations, preferably 1,200+ FTEs directly/indirectly
• Strong exposure to Agentic AI / AI Agents and automation within Finance/RTR
• Experience defining transformation roadmaps and driving technology adoption
• Strong end-to-end RTR process knowledge
• Experience managing tower P&L, KPIs and business outcomes
• Strong customer/stakeholder governance experience in multi-country, multi-entity environments
• Ability to lead senior teams including AVPs, Senior Managers and Managers

Preferred: Six Sigma / Project Management certification.

Candidates with strong Global Process Ownership + RTR Transformation + Agentic AI experience will be preferred.
