AVP - Finance & Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• Finalization of Accounts, in depth knowledge of Schedule VI, Indian GAAP, IFRS. Closure of audits.
• Management Reporting
• Adept in handling Direct and Indirect Taxes (Mainly Service Tax) Compliances, abreast with latest amendments.
• Ability to analyze process gaps, re-engineer processes to save costs & increase efficiency.
• Should be able to implement Internal Financial Controls
• Should be strong in process documentation.
• Should be extremely comfortable in the use of Excel, ERP packages.
• Should have worked in the past on new system implementations.
• Should be able to work with limited support and should have the ability to execute individually.
• Should be able to work effectively with across the functions and within finance function.
• Monthly MIS, Board meeting presentations, strategy forum presentations and other need based presentations .
