AVP- Employee Relation

Role & responsibilities

• Manage & investigate employee grievances, workplace issues and mediate disputes, where needed.
• Under the supervision of local legislations, provide advice, guidance and coaching to
• Managers, HR Business Partners and the wider HR community on a wide range of Employee

Relations issues including:

• Disciplinary Matters
• Employee Grievance
• HR Compliance across the relevant areas
• Absence Management
• Performance and;
• POSH governance & training
• Review the current ER processes & procedures for streamlining & documentation
• All other ER matter including consequence management
• Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of colleagues, including: be approachable; identify and risk assess safeguarding and/or well-being issues; provide appropriate support to

colleagues who raise concerns; call out and/or escalate inappropriate
