- Strategize and execute end-to-end debt recovery across early to late-stage delinquency portfolios.
- manage contact center tele-collections, dialer allocation strategies, and agent productivity metrics.
-oversee multi-channel recovery networks, including field collection agencies, legal execution, and vendor compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
- 12+ Years experience deep domain expertise in retail loan collections and call center management within Banking, NBFCs, or FinTech's.
- Tele-calling &Tech Mastery Proven track record of optimizing dialer efficiency, contact ability rates, and automated digital workflows.
- Career Stability Consistent long-term tenures with top financial institutions, with a strong preference against short-term job-hopping.
