AVP-Commodities

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow the Commodity Business and strengthen overall market presence.
2. Drive sourcing and acquisition of Retail, HNI, and Corporate clients to expand the commodity client base and generate sustainable business growth.
3. Generate incremental revenue and trading volumes in commodities to increase market share and achieve business targets.
4. Collaborate closely with existing teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and onboard new clients for the commodity segment.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
6. Organize awareness events and engagement programs for Franchisees, clients, and employees to promote knowledge and participation in the commodity market.
7. Coordinate with existing Franchisees to increase their commodity client base, trading activity, and overall revenue contribution.
8. Actively drive trading turnover from direct and Franchisee clients to maximize revenue generation and achieve commodity business objectives.
