AVP - Client Servicing | Financial Services

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the SPOC between international Relationship Managers, clients, Research and Publishing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage client projects from initiation to final delivery, including requirements, timelines, follow-ups and customized requests.
• Attend client meetings, handle queries, conduct product demos and provide support on financial market research and products.
• Maintain MIS/meeting trackers and coordinate client feedback, submissions and mapping with internal teams for timely resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

Masters in Finance/Banking with 2+ years of Financial Services/Client Servicing experience, strong Financial Markets knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel & Salesforce.
