AVP - Business Development - Govt Business

Lead government-sector business development initiatives. Secure government contracts, manage compliance, and build relationships with public sector entities. Prior experience in government tenders and regulatory frameworks is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire and expand government business across departments, ministries, and PSUs.

Identify tender opportunities, RFPs, and government procurement projects relevant to company offerings.

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in central/state governments, PSUs, and allied bodies.

Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to create winning proposals and presentations.
