Job Summary


Preferred Experience

• Relevant experience in avionics, embedded systems, or UAV projects
• Basic understanding of electronics fundamentals, sensors, and embedded systems
• Exposure to UAV ground control software (Mission Planner, QGroundControl)
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 / IPC-A-620 soldering and crimping standards
• Growth Potential: Interest in avionics integration, EMI/EMC testing, and certification processes
• Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with aerospace quality frameworks (AS9100D, DO-160)
• Innovation: Exposure to UAV telemetry systems and digital integration tracking tools
• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with mechanical, electrical, and QA teams

Key Responsibility Areas

• Hardware Testing Diagnostics
  • Perform component-level bench testing (sensors, controllers, power modules)
  • Diagnose hardware issues using oscilloscope and logic analyser
• Wiring Harness Prototyping
  • Build and prototype wire harnesses
  • Execute IPC-compliant soldering and crimping practices
• Sensor Calibration Firmware
  • Perform sensor calibration (IMU, GNSS, etc.)
  • Flash and configure firmware using Mission Planner and QGroundControl
• Automation Scripting
  • Support test scripting and automation using Python / C++
  • Assist in data logging and validation workflows
• Documentation Inventory
  • Maintain BOM and hardware tracking systems
  • Log and track hardware failures during testing and integration
