Job Summary

We are looking for experienced professionals with expertise in AVEVA PI, OSIsoft PI, PI System, PI Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision, and PI Data Archive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting enterprise historian solutions for industrial automation, manufacturing, energy, utilities, and process industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support AVEVA PI System (OSIsoft PI System) solutions.
• Configure and maintain PI Data Archive, interfaces, and connectors.
• Develop and manage asset models using PI Asset Framework (AF).
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using PI Vision.
• Configure and troubleshoot data collection from industrial control systems, SCADA, and OPC servers.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of PI infrastructure.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Work with business and operational teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop data analytics and reporting solutions using PI data.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability across applications.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in AVEVA PI / OSIsoft PI System.
• Hands-on experience with PI Asset Framework (AF).
• Experience in PI Data Archive administration and configuration.
• Knowledge of PI Vision dashboard and visualization development.
• Experience with PI Interfaces, Connectors, OPC, SCADA, and Historian systems.
• Understanding of Industrial IoT (IIoT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and database concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting PI System performance and connectivity issues.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power, Utilities, or Process Industries.
• Knowledge of AVEVA Insight and Industrial Data Management solutions.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Exposure to data analytics and reporting tools.
• AVEVA/OSIsoft certifications are a plus.

Educational Qualification

• BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification.
