Avaya Support Engineer

Preferred candidate profile

• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have good working knowledge on Avaya system and adjuncts such as NICE,
• Voice Mail, CMS, AES etc
• Able to perform Telecom routine tasks such as managing tickets
• (requests / incidents), daily reports / checklists, backups etc
• Understand issues involved in Administration and Maintenance of Voice infrastructure.
• Have good analytical and troubleshooting skills on Avaya
• Have good understanding of the Change and Incident management
• process for Telecom
• Maintain Telecom inventory and Tracker on a real time basis.
• Effective coordination with Service Providers and Third parties on need basis
• and managing data center activities related to Voice infra.
