Key Deliverables

• Provide tailored solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs
• Lead solution consulting, technical design, and sales support for account opportunities
• Deliver presentations and live demonstrations to customers and sales teams
• Own and deliver technical solution documents, including statements of work and product designs

• Analyze customer needs and issues to design effective solutions
• Coordinate with technical teams for bill of materials, third-party quotes, and services
• Maintain and update technical competencies and certifications across core product areas
