AV Solutions Sales - Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of AV Solutions including Video Walls, Displays, Projectors, Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, Audio Solutions and Interactive Panels.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporate customers, partners and system integrators.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable AV solutions.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer meetings, solution proposal, quotation, negotiation to order closure.
• Prepare BOMs, quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the technical team.
• Coordinate with OEMs/distributors for product selection, pricing and availability.
• Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations and site visits.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Keep track of market trends, competitors and new AV technologies.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in AV Solutions / IT Sales / System Integration.
• Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
• Good understanding of AV products and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors and enterprise customers preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
