We are looking for an experienced AV Solution Technical Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AV solutions, video conferencing, solution design and implementation.

We are looking for an experienced AV Solution Technical Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AV solutions, video conferencing, solution design and implementation.
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of AV Solutions & Video Conferencing Systems
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms / Logitech Room Solutions
- Experience with Logitech Rally Bar, Tap/Tap IP, Mic Pods
- Knowledge of QSC / Q-SYS, DSP, audio routing & troubleshooting
- Site Survey & AV Solution Design – Mandatory
- AV Diagram / System Design – Mandatory
- BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation – Mandatory
- Strong product & technology knowledge for selecting the right AV solution
- Experience in installation, configuration, commissioning, UAT and handover
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, PoE and networking
- Strong customer-facing and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
