Responsibilities
- Design and deliver sales training programs for automotive dealership sales teams
- Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions on sales techniques, CRM usage, and best practices
- Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules
- Train sales teams on effective lead management, customer engagement, and closing techniques
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in automotive sales training or sales management
