Job Description

Kaygen Global Services is looking for an Automotive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment for automotive engineering and manufacturing roles and will work from the client location in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for automotive domain positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of automotive professionals
