Automotive Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead hardware product development from concept to mass production.
• Manage product design, prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Coordinate with R&D, embedded software, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements.
• Manage BOM, component selection, cost optimization, and product quality.
• Drive technical problem-solving and continuous product improvement.
• Ensure timely product delivery and successful manufacturing integration.

Required Skills:

• 510 years of experience in hardware product development.
• Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of hardware design, validation, and manufacturing.
• Experience in product lifecycle and project management.
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional coordination skills.
