URGENT HIRING | REGIONAL SALES TRAINER
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Trainer to drive sales capability and performance across the region.
Location: Kolkata
CTC: Up to 9 LPA
Experience: 8–10 Years in Automobile | 2+ Years in Premium Segment
Focus: Sales Training | Premium Automotive
Key Responsibilities
Design & deliver Sales Training programs
Train automotive sales teams on products, processes & selling skills
Conduct classroom, OJT & virtual training sessions
Identify training needs and develop relevant learning interventions
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments & performance tracking
Develop training content, presentations & assessments
Coordinate with regional stakeholders to support sales capability
Who Should Apply
Sales Trainers with 8–10 years of Automobile experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Premium Automotive
Strong experience in Automotive Sales Training
Excellent facilitation, presentation & stakeholder-management skills
Comfortable delivering classroom, OJT & virtual training
