About this role
- Deliver classroom, virtual and practical training programs for automotive professionals.
- Conduct training for Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, After Sales teams, Customer Service teams and dealership personnel.
- Deliver OEM-specific product, process, sales, after-sales and customer service training.
- Facilitate experiential learning using role-plays, simulations, case studies, group activities and real-world automotive scenarios.
- Understand client/OEM training requirements and customize delivery accordingly.
- Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments and evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Provide structured participant feedback and maintain training/MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the ATPA project/L&D team for smooth execution of training assignments.
- Travel to client/dealership locations across India as required.
