    About this role

We are looking for experienced AUTOSAR Software Developers with strong expertise in Basic Software (BSW), Diagnostics, Communication (COM), and UDS to join our automotive software development team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing, integrating, configuring, testing, and debugging AUTOSAR-based embedded software for automotive ECUs. One of the seven positions will be responsible for providing technical leadership, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring the development team.

    Key Responsibilities

    AUTOSAR Software Developers

    • Develop and integrate AUTOSAR Classic Platform software for automotive ECUs.
    • Work on AUTOSAR BSW modules, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
    • Develop and maintain Diagnostic functionality, including UDS (ISO 14229) services.
    • Work with automotive communication stacks such as CAN, LIN, and CAN-based diagnostics.
    • Configure and integrate COM stack modules such as COM, PduR, CanIf, CanTp, and related BSW components.
    • Implement and debug diagnostic services, communication flows, and ECU state management.
    • Perform software development activities across the complete lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing, and debugging.
    • Analyze and resolve issues using debugging and trace tools.
    • Collaborate with system, hardware, application software, testing, and validation teams.
    • Support software integration, release activities, and issue resolution.
    • Follow automotive development processes, coding standards, and quality guidelines.

    Skills

    • Strong hands-on experience in AUTOSAR Classic.
    • Good experience with AUTOSAR BSW development/configuration/integration.
    • Strong understanding of AUTOSAR Communication Stack.
    • Hands-on experience with CAN, CAN FD, LIN, and related communication concepts.
    • Good knowledge of COM, PduR, CanIf, CanTp, and related modules.
    • Strong experience in Automotive Diagnostics.
    • Hands-on experience with UDS / ISO 14229.
    • Good understanding of diagnostic communication over CAN/CAN FD.
    • Strong programming skills in Embedded C.
    • Good understanding of microcontroller-based embedded systems and ECU software.
    • Experience with software debugging, troubleshooting, and issue analysis.
    • Familiarity with automotive development processes such as ASPICE and functional safety (ISO 26262) is desirable.
    • Experience with AUTOSAR configuration/integration tools such as Vector DaVinci, EB tresos, or equivalent is desirable.
    • Familiarity with tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, or equivalent is an advantage.

    Experience

    • AUTOSAR Software Developers: Typically 48 years of relevant automotive embedded software experience.

    Preferred

    • Experience with production automotive ECU development.
    • Experience in OEM/Tier-1 environments.
    • Knowledge of MISRA C, static analysis, and software quality practices.
    • Experience with CI/CD or automated software testing environments.
    • Exposure to cybersecurity concepts such as ISO/SAE 21434 and secure diagnostics is a plus.
