About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop automotive components, including wiring harnesses, using Catia V5 software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and create detailed designs that meet customer specifications.
- Conduct Defect Analysis (DA) studies to identify potential issues in existing designs and implement corrective actions.
- Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Job Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of strong relevant experience in Automotive EDS domain to design and develop wiring harness and its sub-systems.
- Proficiency in Catia V5 software for designing complex mechanical parts
- Hands on experience of EDS ‘V’ cycle development from concept to production from an OEM perspective.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., AIS) and industry standards (e.g., CMVR).
- Experience with EDS tools such as ENOVIA or similar platforms.
