Madhuban Toyota India is looking for an experienced, motivated, and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and inspire our sales team while driving exceptional customer experiences and business growth.

Locations: Kurla | Lower Parel | Breach Candy

Experience: 4–8 Years (Automobile Industry Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
• Generate and assign quality sales leads.
• Support the team in customer handling and deal closures.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with management to achieve dealership sales objectives.
