Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Trainer to support training and skill development of dealership service teams in the LCV segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom, technical and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for dealership service teams.
• Deliver training on service processes, repair procedures and technical aspects.
• Assess trainee performance and identify skill gaps.
• Coordinate with dealerships for training schedules and requirements.
• Maintain training records, reports and MIS.
• Support improvement of service quality and technician productivity.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Relevant experience in automobile service, dealership operations or technical training.
• Experience in the LCV/commercial vehicle segment will be an advantage.
• Good communication and training skills.
• Willingness to travel to dealerships as required.
