1. Proven experience as a SOAR Developer and Architect or in a similar role, preferably with Palo Alto XSOAR technology
2. Strong understanding of security operations and incident response processes.
3. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and JavaScript.
4. Experience with REST APIs and integrating various security tools.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good-to-Have

1. Relevant certifications (e.g., Palo Alto Networks Certified Security Automation Engineer) are a plus
2. CEH/ECSA/CISSP/CHFI/CCIE Certification
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
4. Knowledge of Firewall/IPS/IDS/AD/AV/DNS Logs

Design and develop automation workflows and playbooks using Cortex XSOAR.

Collaborate with security operations teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Architect and implement integrations with various security tools and platforms.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SOAR playbooks and integrations.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cybersecurity and automation technologies.

Document processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference.
