    • Validate functionality across legacy and migrated systems to ensure consistent business outcomes.
    • Compare baseline and migrated system results to identify discrepancies and defects.
    • Execute regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing activities.
    • Create and maintain automation scripts and testing frameworks.
    • Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations for issue resolution.

    End-to-End Testing

    • Develop comprehensive test scenarios covering complete business workflows.
    • Validate data accuracy, transaction processing, and application functionality across integrated systems.
    • Ensure successful execution of migration testing and production readiness activities.
    • Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve issues.

    Quality Assurance & Collaboration

    • Partner with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and testing objectives.
    • Participate in test planning, defect triage, and release validation activities.
    • Ensure adherence to testing standards, quality processes, and best practices.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA organization.

    Required Qualifications

    Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Test Automation.
    • Experience supporting enterprise application migration and transformation projects.
    • Strong experience performing end-to-end testing across multiple integrated systems.

    Technical Skills

    • Test Automation Frameworks and Automation Tools.
    • Functional, Regression, Integration, and System Testing.
    • End-to-End Testing Methodologies.
    • Test Case Creation and Execution.
    • Defect Tracking and Test Management Tools.
    • Data Validation and Large Dataset Testing.
    • API and Application Testing.

    Core Competencies

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to identify, document, and communicate defects effectively.
    • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced and highly regulated environments.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare domain.
    • Experience working with Healthcare Payment Processing systems.
    • Understanding of healthcare data, claims, payment workflows, and related business processes.
    • Experience supporting healthcare application migrations and modernization initiatives.
    • Familiarity with highly regulated environments and compliance requirements.

    Key Success Factors

    The successful candidate will:

    • Demonstrate strong automation-first testing capabilities.
    • Effectively validate large volumes of test cases and datasets.
