Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in test automation with hands on experience in testing interfaces, Mobile (IOS/Android) & customer facing applications
• Perform functional and automation testing for Web and Mobile applications.
• Work within Agile sprints, collaborating closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Scrum teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium (Web) and Appium (Mobile).
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and quality delivery.
• Analyze test execution results and provide quality metrics, test status reports, and defect insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall product quality.
• Ensure application quality, stability, and performance across Android, iOS, and Web platforms.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to management level colleagues
