Automation Testing Engineer

Key Skills: Python, BDD, Selenium, Pytest, Java, Cucumber

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain automated test scripts for web application validation using Python and Selenium
• Develop BDD-style test scenarios and expand automated regression coverage
• Build and enhance test automation frameworks using Pytest
• Execute automated test suites and analyze failures to support defect triage
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve test coverage and release confidence

Skills Required:

• 6-9 years of relevant experience in QA automation / test automation
• Strong hands-on experience in Python, Selenium, BDD, and Pytest
• Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks for web applications
• Ability to create reliable regression coverage and support scalable automation practices
• Experience with test execution, defect validation, and API or UI automation workflows

Good to Have:

• Java
• Cucumber

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
