Role: Test Manager/Sr Test Manager Yrs of Exp: 15 - 25 Location: Chennai(Hybrid) JD

• 15+ years of overall QA experience , with at least

5+ years in a Test Manager / QA Leadership role .

• Proven experience in managing

blended teams (manual and automation).

• Strong knowledge of

QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management processes .

• Hands-on experience with

automation tools and frameworks (Java, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Tosca, RestAssured, or similar).

• Experience in

Web UI, API, and Mobile testing .

• Expertise in

test environment management, test data management, and CI/CD pipelines .

• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to drive decision-making. About the Company:
