Automation Test Lead/Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of automation engineers to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create comprehensive test plans for web applications.
• Develop and execute manual tests to validate software functionality before transitioning to automation testing.
• Analyze defects reported by the development team or customers, identifying root causes and implementing fixes.

Job Requirements :

• 9-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong expertise in automation testing using Selenium with Java.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to delivery.
• Excellent team leading skills with ability to motivate and guide junior engineers.
