Automation Test Lead/ Chennai

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience in Selenium and/or Playwright.
• Experience with BDD frameworks, preferably Cucumber.
• Strong programming skills in Java and/or JavaScript.
• Proven experience managing and leading a team of 5-10 associates.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, test design, scripting, execution, and defect management.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of testing activities.

Good to Have

• Experience in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain.
• Exposure to API automation testing.
• Experience integrating automation scripts with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
