Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium Automation Testing and XPath. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications. Experience in CRM Testing will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Create and optimize XPath locators for dynamic web applications.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks and reusable libraries.
• Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Track, document, and report defects while working closely with developers and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to quality assurance best practices.
• Ensure continuous improvement of test coverage and automation efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining XPath expressions (Absolute, Relative, Dynamic XPath).
• Experience in test script development using Java/Python/C#.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or NUnit.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.

Added Advantage

• Experience in CRM Testing (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Siebel, SAP CRM, or any CRM platform).
• Understanding of CRM business processes such as Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Customer Service, and Case Management.
• API Testing experience using Postman or similar tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
