Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Selenium, Java, mobile application testing, and API automation. The ideal candidate should have practical experience developing and maintaining automation scripts, validating APIs, and testing mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Perform functional, regression, and automation testing for web applications.
• Conduct mobile application testing, with recent hands-on experience in the last 23 years.
• Develop and execute automated API test cases and validate API responses.
• Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to ensure product quality.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting.
• Follow automation testing best practices and contribute to improving test coverage and efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Java.
• Recent mobile application testing experience of 2–3 years.
• At least 1 year of hands-on API automation testing experience.
• Good understanding of functional testing, regression testing, and defect management.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with automation testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of API testing tools and automation best practices.
• Familiarity with test management and defect-tracking tools.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
