Work Mode - 3 days in the office

Technical Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain robust and scalable automated test scripts using Python and/or Robot Framework.
• Develop and maintain automated test scenarios for web applications using Playwright.
• Develop and execute web automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Design, enhance, and maintain reusable and scalable test automation frameworks.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
• Execute and support smoke, regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Analyze automated test results, identify failures, investigate root causes, and document defects with appropriate evidence.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, automation efficiency, execution time, and overall testing processes.
• Maintain test scripts and automation frameworks in line with application and business requirement changes.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking, and release validation activities.
• Support continuous improvement of automation tools, frameworks, processes, and QA best practices.
• Contribute to maintaining high-quality, reliable, and maintainable automation code through appropriate coding and review practices.

• Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.
  
• Strong hands-on experience in Playwright for web application test automation.
• Practical experience with Selenium WebDriver and web automation.
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of CI/CD concepts, processes, and tools.
• Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and automation best practices.
• Experience in developing reusable, maintainable, and scalable automation scripts.
• Good troubleshooting and debugging skills with the ability to analyze automation failures and identify root causes.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of API testing and API automation concepts.
• Experience with tools such as Pytest, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent CI/CD technologies.
• Exposure to Robot Framework and keyword-driven automation.
• Knowledge of test reporting, logging, test data management, and automation framework optimization.
• Experience with cross-browser testing and parallel test execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
