Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and other relevant tools to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and create test plans that meet business needs.
- Develop automation frameworks for API testing using Playwright or Cypress to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to Agile development methodologies by providing regular feedback on project progress.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in Automation Test Engineering with expertise in Java programming language.
- Strong understanding of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) principles and ability to write clear test cases based on user stories.
- Proficiency in creating complex scenarios using Cucumber framework for API testing.
