Automation Test Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Core Language: Strong proficiency in Core Java with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
• Automation Toolkit: Extensive hands-on experience using Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
• Testing Frameworks: Expert knowledge of unit testing frameworks like TestNG or JUnit, and build management tools like Maven or Gradle.
• BDD/Cucumber: Experience implementing Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber and Gherkin syntax.
• Design Patterns: Practical knowledge of software engineering best practices for testing, specifically the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.
• Version Control: Proficiency in version control workflows using Git and platform repositories like GitHub or GitLab.
