Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Selenium Automation Engineer with 6-10 years of experience in test automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and programming using Java, Python, or C#, along with experience in designing scalable automation frameworks and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Selenium automation frameworks.
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and improve test stability.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Mentor junior automation engineers and perform code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing with strong automation expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java, Python, or C#.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, test design techniques, and automation best practices.
• Experience with BDD, Hybrid, or Data-Driven frameworks.
• Exposure to API testing and modern web application testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills: Selenium Grid, Parallel Execution, Cloud Testing, CI/CD Automation, API Testing.
