Automation Test Engineer

Job Requirements*

Job Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Bhubaneswar

Experience in software testing with strong focus on test automation

• Hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver using Java, C# or Python
• Strong understanding of automation testing concepts, test design techniques, and SDLC/STLC
• Experience in designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks (BDD / Hybrid / Datadriven)
• Hands-on experience with test execution, result analysis, and defect management
• Experience in automating web applications with modern UI frameworks
• Exposure to API automation using tools/frameworks such as REST Assured, Postman, or similar
• Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and build tools (Maven / Gradle / npm)
• Familiarity with crossbrowser and parallel test execution
• Ability to analyze test failures, identify flaky tests, and improve test reliability
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Mentoring junior automation engineers and reviewing automation code
