Automation Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer - Test Automation with strong expertise in Python, Selenium, Playwright, and API Testing to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end test automation, CI/CD integration, quality assurance activities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and API applications.
• Convert manual test cases into automated test scenarios and maintain automation frameworks.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing activities.
• Work with Selenium, Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, Perfecto, and GenRocket for test automation.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Integrate test automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Create and maintain test artifacts, reports, test environments, and test data.
• Support application transition and stabilization phases while coordinating with onsite, offshore, and customer teams.
• Contribute to quality improvement, DevOps automation, process maturity, and testing transformation initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure timely delivery of testing activities.
• Manage synthetic test data generation using GenRocket and support database validation activities.
