Automation Test Engineer-Hyderabad (3 To 5years)

EXP: 3 TO 5 YEARS

Location: Pan India

Skills: Automation testing, Java or Python or c# and selenium, Playwright

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test automation suites.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks from scratch or enhance existing frameworks.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Execute API testing using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or SOAP UI.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers for resolution.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Prepare test reports, metrics, and defect tracking documentation.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, PyTest, Cucumber, or BDD frameworks.
• Knowledge of API Automation Testing using Rest Assured, Postman, or similar tools.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
• Good understanding of SQL and database testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Mobile Automation using Appium.
• Knowledge of Performance Testing tools such as JMeter.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation
