Location 100% Remote Start Date Immediate to 4 Weeks What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Develop automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, QA engineers, and architects to ensure high software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and robust automation solutions following engineering best practices.
• Automate API testing, backend validation, and integration testing using modern testing tools and frameworks.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster releases.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Continuously improve test coverage, automation efficiency, execution speed, and framework reliability.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, release validation, and Agile development activities.
• Contribute to QA strategy, automation standards, and quality engineering best practices across the organization. Required Skills
• 3+ years of experience in Automation Testing or Software Test Engineering.
• Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C# for test automation.
• Experience automating REST APIs using Postman, Rest Assured, Karate, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Git and modern version control practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively within remote and distributed engineering teams. Preferred Skills
• Experience testing cloud-native applications hosted on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
• Experience with mobile automation testing using Appium or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow.
• Experience testing enterprise applications within domains such as banking, fintech, healthcare, retail, insurance, or SaaS.
