Industry: Shipping / Logistics / Business Process Automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor automation developers and manage workload/resource allocation.
• Own end-to-end automation delivery from requirement analysis → development → testing → deployment → support.
• Identify business processes for automation, simplification and process improvement.
• Work closely with Business, IT, Process Owners and global stakeholders.
• Review automation solutions, architecture, coding, testing and technical standards.
• Manage multiple automation projects, timelines, risks, dependencies and resources.
• Track productivity/FTE savings, cost reduction, quality and efficiency benefits.
• Handle production issues, RCA, incident management and continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of AI/GenAI, intelligent automation and emerging technologies.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Automation / RPA / Process Transformation / Software Development.
• Proven team leadership and automation project delivery experience.
• Strong experience in RPA / Blue Prism / Power Automate.
• Hands-on knowledge of VBA & Excel Automation, SQL, APIs and Web Automation.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, testing, deployment and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management, solution design and delivery management skills.
• Experience managing multiple automation initiatives and developers.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI, process mining or cloud technologies is an advantage.
