About The Role

Scope and deliver automation roadmaps for Opsedge enterprise customers while leading cross-functional squads.

• Translate ambiguous business goals into structured automation initiatives.
• Lead discovery workshops with CXO stakeholders and ground operators.
• Create execution plans with milestones, owners, and success metrics.
• Partner with product engineers to mature internal tooling required for deployments.
• Coach customer teams on change management and day-two operations.
  
  

Who You Are

• 7+ years in consulting, enterprise automation, or program management.
• Hands-on experience with workflow tools and data wrangling.
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging executive stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to client sites across India when required.
