Automation Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of stitching machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair sewing and production equipment.
• Maintain and adjust computerized/automatic stitching machines.
• Handle machine calibration, alignment, and changeover support.
• Maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machines.
• Manage critical spare parts and maintenance inventory.
• Develop SOPs and maintenance checklists.
• Train technicians and operators on machine maintenance.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to minimize downtime.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in footwear/manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong experience with stitching/sewing machine maintenance.
• Experience in team handling and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Footwear industry experience is preferred.Role & responsibilities
