Automation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts and frameworks.
• Create and maintain Test Strategy, Test Plans, Estimations, and Capacity Planning.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution and reporting.
• Apply QA best practices within Agile/SDLC processes.
• Perform risk assessment and management for QA activities.
• Conduct load and performance testing as required.
• Maintain documentation and provide visibility into QA progress, issues, and outcomes.
• Ensure continuous improvement of the automation framework and testing processes.
