📌 Automation Engineer 🔧 Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Robotics & Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in PLC programming, robotics integration, vision systems, and industrial communication protocols. The role involves developing, troubleshooting, and commissioning automation systems, including sensors, networks, and robotic applications.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities 🤖 Robotics Programming & Integration

• Develop and implement

robotic programs for industrial automation systems.

• Integrate robots with machines, production lines, and PLC systems.
• Support

robot troubleshooting and optimization in production.

⚡ PLC, HMI & Automation Development

• Program and troubleshoot

Mitsubishi PLC (and similar platforms).

• Design and develop

HMI systems for monitoring and control.

• Modify and optimize PLC logic based on production requirements.

👁️ Vision System & Sensor Integration

• Configure and work with

vision sensors (Omron or equivalent) .

• Perform

sensor connection, calibration, and diagnostics .

• Integrate sensors with PLCs and robotic systems.

🌐 Industrial Communication & Networking

• Implement and troubleshoot industrial networks:
• Ethernet/IP
• EtherCAT
• Modbus (TCP/RTU)
• OPC / OPC UA
• Ensure reliable communication between PLCs, robots, and field devices.

⚙️ Automation Systems & Motion Control

• Work with

hydraulic and pneumatic systems in automation assemblies.

• Implement

servo motion and linear motion systems .

🧪 Testing, Commissioning & Troubleshooting

• Perform

system testing, debugging, and commissioning .

• Analyze and resolve automation issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain system performance and reliability.

📄 Documentation & Support

• Prepare

technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and manuals .

• Provide training and support to operators and maintenance teams.
