Automation Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and implement automated systems for manufacturing processes using SPM (Special Purpose Machine) technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Develop detailed designs for new machines or modifications to existing ones, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues related to automation equipment malfunctions or performance problems.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machine design principles, including mechanical components selection, layout optimization, and control system integration.
• Proficiency in SPM design software such as SolidWorks or similar tools.
