Automation Engineer - Cybersecurity · Strong experience in automation with 5+years in Scripting / Programming, · We are looking for a Cyber Security Automation Engineer to strengthen our Cyber Operations team and its automation factory. · You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions that improve the efficiency, consistency, and reliability of our cyber security operations. · Solid understanding of REST APIs, web services, and integration patterns, · Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools and Automation/orchestration frameworks (e.g. custom Python frameworks, Ansible, or similar), · Good knowledge of core cyber security concepts, Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or others) and their security aspects is a plus, · Ability to work in an agile / iterative way, with frequent feedback from users, · Attention to quality, maintainability, and documentation, · Autonomous, organized and service‑oriented, · Identify, design, and implement automation workflows for cyber operations use cases such as Endpoint and server hardening workflows, Cloud configuration and posture checks (CSPM support) and Security control health checks and reporting · Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and services (primarily in Python or similar) to Integrate with internal and external Security tools (APIs, webhooks, SDKs). · Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and services and Integrate with internal and external security tools (APIs, webhooks, SDKs) · Implement proper engineering and quality practices and Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of automations · Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and cloud teams to Align automations with existing platforms and standards · Contribute to reusable automation frameworks and best practices. · You will work closely with cyber analysts, incident responders, infrastructure teams, and tool owners to identify repetitive or complex tasks and turn them into robust, scalable automations. · The role combines strong technical skills, a security mindset, and a pragmatic approach to delivering value quickly.
