As an Automation Control Practitioner, a typical day involves developing and implementing automation process controls by designing detailed specifications and engineering configurations. This position demands close collaboration with various teams to ensure that automation solutions are effectively integrated and meet project requirements, while continuously improving processes and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of automation control strategies to optimize system performance.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and project contributions.
