Automation Architecture & Strategy

• Define enterprise automation architecture and testing strategy.
• Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks.
• Establish best practices, standards, and governance for automation implementation.
• Conduct solution reviews, architecture assessments, and technical design evaluations.
• Drive automation transformation initiatives across multiple business applications.

Playwright & Python Automation

• Architect and develop advanced automation frameworks using Playwright with Python.
• Design automation solutions for UI, API, regression, functional, and end-to-end testing.
• Build reusable libraries, utilities, reporting modules, and automation accelerators.
• Implement cross-browser and cross-platform testing strategies.
• Optimize test execution and automation performance.

IVR & Contact Center Automation

• Design and implement automation frameworks for IVR and contact center testing.
• Automate call flow validation, DTMF testing, routing validation, and transfer scenarios.
• Validate customer journeys across IVR, CRM, and agent desktop applications.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for voice and digital customer interactions.
• Support automation of contact center workflows and business processes.

API & Integration Testing

• Develop automation solutions for REST API testing and validation.
• Validate integrations between enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Perform backend testing, data validation, and service orchestration testing.
• Ensure automation coverage across complex business workflows.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor and guide automation engineers and QA teams.
• Conduct framework reviews and code quality assessments.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Drive issue resolution and support UAT and production readiness activities.

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
